Navpad has the capability to assist a Client in setting up an EDC, by virtue of its previous experiences in setting up EDC’s for clients. SAFAL has successfully setup these centers, by providing the resources and the infrastructure to the client’s team. An EDC engages in Application development, testing and validation services, enhancements to the Client products, Maintenance and support activities etc, as per the requirements of the Client.

The charges to Client for setting up and running the EDC are based on the number of resources to be billed per month and on the rates agreed to between SAFAL and the Client.
